The design integrates 3D printed parts with inexpensive, off-the-shelf components. The result is a low-cost (£150/$195) and easy to implement product with a very short lead time of only two weeks. We also offer a 6-month warranty on parts and workmanship.
This Commutator is ideal for use with all miniscopes and/or NINscopes. All you have to do is solder the coaxial cable of your miniscope or NINscope to the connectors on the Commutator to start collecting data. If you do not have a miniscope in your lab, please have a look at our open-hardware page for more information on the NINscope and how you can benefit from using this Neuro-instrument.
As part of NeuroGig's Community-Developed Instruments we now offer the Commutator, available to order online in our store as a complete product (tested and under warranty).
