Delivery Policy

This delivery policy is hereby incorporated into and forms part of our agreement with all customers.

Place of delivery

NeuroGig offers worldwide door-to-door courier delivery.

On check out, please indicate the physical address and area code of your institution for the delivery, as well as any contact numbers to be used in connection with the delivery.

Please ensure that you provide us with your daytime delivery details as products are typically delivered during working hours between 9:00 - 17:00.

We do not deliver to postal addresses or home addresses.

Your parcel will be delivered to the physical address you specified in the checkout process. If nobody is present at that address at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt to deliver the goods a maximum of 3 times before returning them to NeuroGig.

For any orders, please contact us for a delivery quote before placing your order. We are always happy to assist. If you have any special requirements please include these in your email so that we can quote you accordingly.

Delivery Fees and Free Shipping Rules

All orders delivered in the United Kingdom will qualify for Local Standard Shipping rates. 

For all orders outside of the UK, please use the Worldwide Standard Shipping rate.

*Please note that all shipping rates are subject to change and may be re-quoted and invoiced, depending on the delivery address or product weights and dimensions. No orders will be sent out for delivery if any amount on the shipping rate is still owed.

NeuroGig may at times indicate free shipping as part of a promotional offer. The free shipping offer will be available at checkout in these instances. Free shipping are subject to promotional offers only and will not be available when promotional offers have expired.

Delivery Time Frames

With Local Standard Shipping for any orders in the UK, and when orders are placed during the calendar week (Mon-Fri) with no public holiday interference, you will receive your order between 1 - 2 weeks after the order process has been completed and payment is confirmed, but depending on your location, delivery may occur sooner or later.

Deliveries outside of the UK to any country worldwide, can expect to be received between 3 - 4 weeks after the order process has been completed and payment is confirmed. 

Orders placed on Weekends or where a Public Holiday interferes may take longer to be processed and delivered.

Product Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. NeuroGig will inform you as soon as possible if any products ordered are not currently available. 

Please note that products in the Potentiate category are once-off offers and most of these items will only have 1 each available in quantity. These products will be handled on a first come first served basis. All quotes on these items will be considered invalid once the product has been sold, whether on the online store or through another quote.
