We list your equipment on our website and handle all communication with potential buyers. Where relevant, we offer a refurbishing service and a warranty to the buyer.

For Buyers
Saving cost is the obvious benefit of buying pre-used equipment from NeuroGig. What additional benefit do you get from buying here, compared to buying items on other platforms?
- We are a recognized Neuroscience instruments company. This will make administration easier on your side - we can for example provide quotations, invoices and other documentation
- We provide a full 12-month warranty on core functionality. This is done through a third-party insurer, and not directly with the manufacturer, but it covers repairs with the manufacturer.
- We provide basic functionality tests on all equipment so you can rest assured
- We provide basic electrical safety tests on all electrical equipment, and provide certification
- After delivery of equipment, you will have a window-period (duration will depend on equipment type) during which you can return the equipment if you are not satisfied. You will receive a full refund on the cost of the equipment
- We provide excellent support for potential buyers who have questions about any items listed on our site
