NeuroGig’s OmniBio Heating Block provides a streamlined, high-efficiency solution for precisely heating perfusion solutions to experimental temperatures.

Constructed from powder-coated aluminum blocks, it integrates a 48W ceramic heating element (noise-tested with patch-clamp electrophysiology setups) to ensure minimal interference and rapid heat transfer. Five high-grade stainless steel tubes (ss-tubes) are securely clamped to the heating element, maximizing thermal conductivity for fast, reliable heating.

By connecting perfusion tubing to the ss-tubes, users can configure the flow-line to optimize the placement of the heated output near the recording chamber, improving temperature stability in electrophysiology or imaging setups.

Designed for simplicity and modularity, the heating block offers effortless cleaning, easy maintenance, and cost-effective part replacement, making it an ideal choice for demanding research environments.
