VERSATILE UNIVERSAL TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER FOR BIOLOGICAL EXPERIMENTS

OmniBio C42 Universal Temperature Controller

Temperature Controller for Biological Experiments - Neuroscience
Introducing the OmniBio C42 Temperature Control System – Precision for Advanced Neuroscience Research

The OmniBio C42 from NeuroGig represents the latest in high-precision, versatile temperature control systems, optimized for life science research applications. Leveraging advanced proportional-integral-derivative (PID) technology, the OmniBio ensures stable, accurate temperature regulation critical for electrophysiological and other sensitive experiments. Neuroscientists will appreciate the C42’s capacity to maintain target temperatures within ±1°C, even across dynamic, variable lab environments.

The simple, easy-to-read control interface makes it convenient to keep an eye on the temperature from the sensor. The screen display presents vital metrics, including Set Value (SV), Process Value (PV – as detected as sensor level), and Control Value (CV – displaying how hard the heater is working), all crucial for precise feedback during complex procedures. It also offers the option of setting an alarm when the feedback temperature moves outside of the margins as set by the user.

One of the main benefits of the OmniBio C42 is its versatility – each of the control variables (proportional band, time integral and time derivative) can be adjusted across a wide range. It has an integrated adjustable power supply, with a voltage output that can be adjusted between 5V and 24V. Users can request an alternative output connector for the Heater port based on the connector of the heating element they would like to connect. It can also accommodate a range of sensors besides the PT100 (thermocouple types J, K, T, E, B, R, S, N, L, U, P, C, and D).

This makes it the most versatile temperature controller on the market.
